Have not been logging food for almost 2 weeks. Busy getting oldest settled at college and my teaching assignment changed, scheduling was handed over to others and it's been a huge mess. Having nightly nightmares about work and the chaos that is still our reality with constantly changing guidelines.
Hopefully my second school teaching schedule will be share with me so I can start planning for next week when I meet my 600+ students.
I suppose 3 lbs isn't so bad considering...
62.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
