45 mins cardio min 3/ week + 5 to 2 day diet with low carb max 50 g/day. Ok for fast weight loss but side effects are no energy left in the early afternoons and no motivation for my fitness ....

when doing cardio 3 times a week u souldn't be doing low carb. thats why there is no energy left. and it is said that fat is burned under the fire of carbohydrates ! don't be afraid of carbs, especially as a Sportler your body needs it ❤

Hi & thxs for the info, my situation is a bit more complicated as I really do have to keep my carbs in check due to pre-diabetes diagnoses 😒
