The 57 a week ago was a scare, but motivated me to continue to count, and be active. And if anyone is wondering, no I am not dehydrated of fasting for a few days. Lets see how it develops.
55.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
