WOW! The pounds are melting off, I'm on Phase one of the Fat Smash and it's going going gone! Thank you Jesus! I'm enjoying Phase one that I will either keep doing it or do it again. Be encouraged.

77.3 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg. Still to go: 16.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
