I ususally weigh myself every Friday...but tonight I'm going to dinner and a concert and I won't be home tomorrow morning to weigh myself on my scale....So I weighed myself this morning and I lost 1.2 pounds, and I'm happy about that. I don't expect the weight to come off fast...A 1-2 pound loss per week is what they say is good. So I'm on the right track. I will try my best to not go too overboard at dinner with food and drinks.
60.8 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
