Inevitably put on 3lb, went away for the weekend with friends, ate bread, bacon, sausages, drank too much ! Lol. I feel ok though, had a good time & now I’m about to hit the gym.
I have set myself a target to run 100km in September ! God, what have I signed up for !!!
89.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
