Low energy, aches, stiffness. UGH. Get a grip, woman!

Today I will:
Record EVERYTHING. If it is not in entered, it is not eaten.
Drink 12 X 8 oz of water. That's 4 in the morning, 4 in the afternoon, 4 in the evening. Finish up by 9.
Walk 30 minutes. Enjoy the snow. Wrap up and get outside. no excuses.
Lights out at 10 pm. get up earlier tomorrow.
78.2 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

When I have low energy I eat 1/4 of an orange. It gives me a sugar boost and stops me from breaking my diet if I am hungry.
