A bit of a chock. 3 weeks of vacation, yup, tried to keep an eye on my calories, but I suppose it was just not enough. Scales were an old IKEA showing 55 kg for my weekly measurement and now this… off to the gym guys!
57 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
