So my weight has been up and down for the last 3 years. 2018 I was at my peak body fat % was 17%. Then I went through a break up and I kept my weight constant for 6months, then I fell in love and when you are happy your body changes. I got engaged and then I noticed in 2019 I gained 10kg.. What??? I weighed 65kg and for a petite frame that’s a lot. I never stopped my gym routine, but my diet was horrible. So I thought to up the gym will work. It didn’t. In lockdown I started walking 1hour a day and did a little body weight training and the kilos started dripping, since then my weight went up and down, but luckily I only gains 5-6kg. Now I’m ready to get my ass in shape.
55.7 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
