Almost completing the MAX Interval Circuit. I just love the Plank/Ski Abs/Jack Pushup/In-outs/knee to elbow pushups...just awesome.
77.7 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

every time I do that workout it makes me think of the squat to plank we had to do 50 times with Shaun T....ouch

LOL..that's right!! Maybe that's why I can cruise through this part now! Knowing that the Squat to Plank awaits us in Insanity Asylum!!!
