I have been measuring myself the first of every month for 20 plus years now & at 51 I can say I'm doing really well to stay fit. "Fatsecret" & "Bodybybarbra" have really helped me to stay fit and look good. Being fit isn't about being skinny. People get that wrong all the time. At 5'1", at 111 lbs., I know I'm not big at all, but we all have areas we want to work on. Overall, after having had a child & surgeries since 1980, the body isn't as tight as I would like but I eat well, & a good variety and exercise on average 4 days a wk. I stay active. What really helps me is to write down what I eat. I've been using fatsecret for a year & 8 months so far, & even when I don't write it down, I know now what is in the foods I eat, enough so that I still stay within my daily requirements. It feels great to be able to stay on top of things. I wear jeans the size I was wearing 3 years ago before the last 2 surgeries I've had.
50.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
