I liked it better when the weight was just falling off, didn't like the jittery feeling I was starting to feel, I was feeling like my old self up to that point :-( I must have had a really fast metabolism in my earlier days. Oh, well. Reminder to self: Weight loss was never the original intention. Being peri menopausal and then becoming Hypothyroid, I have been battling with my weight for nearly 10 years now. I finally decided to make improving my labwork my goal. It just so happened that as I worked to improve my lab work I also finally dropped a bunch of pounds. For that I am extremely happy!! Lab work is improving also. I will just keep doing refining what I have been doing and, as far as my weight goes, I am very curious to see where I will end up. I used to be 125-127 before my body started changing, but I really think that is too low for me now. I'm pretty happy with where I'm at, was feeling fabulous at 128 (till the jitters came). Oh, well!!
