A very tempting day - seemes to crave sweets today. But did a little shopping, met with a friend, had a good gab fest, got in some exercise. Weight is down a wee bit and I feel good!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
