I weigh in every Monday morning. Last Monday 2/21 I was at 180lbs, and this Monday 2/28 I was at 177lbs. I am very excited about the changes happening to my body and I hope to keep things headed in the right direction.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
