Though, I'm experienced enough to know, you shouldn't weigh in every couple of days; having recently gotten back on track, for now, I simply can't resist, especially when I see the weight is coming off. Eventually, I'll settle back down, and begin to weigh in only once a week. However, I'll just rejoice in the victory, and settle down later. :-)
149.7 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I just started too and I didn't record my weight, but i had to get on the scale..I could feel how less bloated I was and the scale reflected it. :) Great Job!!
