The week of unmetered food has ended. Ate more fruit and protein than usual. Low-carb cheesecake with blueberries was amazing this time around, but I used granulated Splenda w/maltodextrin filler, so I'll need to adapt a low temperature version with liquid stevia, and maybe powdered psyllium husks for body. Also took a chunk out of the Hansen's Diet Soda stash I've been sitting on. Way snackier than usual - bits of pepperoni and cheese, peanuts. Nothing outrageous, I just have a feeling the ratio was off some days.

All this plus a ton of work stress and this awful shift has me up a bit, but that's OK. I'm looking to hover around 230 for a while, not drop like a stone.
105.5 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
