My start date for my diet hit a brick wall with the appearance of Aunt Flo. But I have been able to cut my soda intake - and should be off it completely within a day or two. I have also been able to cut the amount I have been eating with little in the way of side effects or cravings. So on Monday when I try to tighten up a bit more, I should be able to do so with minimal problems. All in all I am pleased, since I really have done little in the way of changes yet. Really looking forward to what I can accomplish when I am actually putting in some effort :)
108.4 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

That's phenomenal! Some of us are a tad jealous. Other than late night snacking and sometimes too much convenience foods, I don't drink soda or eat large portions in general. This means, unfortunately, that when I actually settle down to try to lose weight, there are no immediate quick fixes. I just have to eat less calories and exercise and then the weight SLOWLY comes off. Bummer for me, but I'm always glad when things work well for others. Good luck come Monday!
