That's phenomenal! Some of us are a tad jealous. Other than late night snacking and sometimes too much convenience foods, I don't drink soda or eat large portions in general. This means, unfortunately, that when I actually settle down to try to lose weight, there are no immediate quick fixes. I just have to eat less calories and exercise and then the weight SLOWLY comes off. Bummer for me, but I'm always glad when things work well for others. Good luck come Monday!
