I've been doing ok with my diet plan and sticking to it. there have been a few substitutions but nothing much else. I haven't been exercising much yet. still having a bit too much pain and fatigue.
looking forward to the next weigh in already!
96.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 30.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
