I haven't been on here in just over a month. Haven't logged calories in almost 2 months. Doc wanted me to maintain and surprisingly, I have. Moved out and haven't bought a new scale yet which is kinda liberating. Health issues are damn near non-existent. Will get back to loosing but want to try to maintain for another month before doing so. My journey is a health journey that happened to turn into weightloss. 😁
