Weighed myself today after lunch & its amasing.
It all about the calories.
Ok!
I just started taking some drugs supplements today: Multivitamines & Aminoacids, Vitamine C & Evening Primrose Oil to supplement for the deficit.
92.3 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
