well i weighed in this morning and im down a nother pound woohoo..this way of life has brought such greatness to me i dont feel depressed anymore i feel good about myself...thanks atkins...and good luck everyone...

118.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg. Still to go: 34.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

i am feeling great i have energy and i just feel like im doing good and cant wait to see more weight loss...

I had just posted how I don't have this energy everyone is talking about! I don't feel as sluggish as I did in the first week but I don't feel WooHoo-ish either! :( Hopefully your success will rub off on me Mercedes! You are doing awesome and giving me hope!

lol well i have been on it for a little over a month now soo im used to it now and now i feel like i have alot of energy...you just have to fully except the program..good luck jadea
