Again Numbers Talk For Me.

Every week am expecting those results to be honest, as I weight myself maybe every two days. The reason why am seeing those good results is that I EAT HEALTHY. A lot of water, no soft drinks, no juice, no creamer to my coffee.
Switched from milk to Almond milk. Exercise everyday 5k, time varies btw 30 mins to 32 mins, depends how aggressive I go. Am hoping this week am going to add half hour of swimming to the 5k run.
By the way my weight since I started is with cloths on, LOL so easily I could take 2 to 3 pounds off.

Who ever read this please feel free to comment or give advice's.
