Yesterday I made (and ate) my Keto chili. Contains no beans, and only two tbsp of tomato paste. But it tends to increase my weight! Has ground beef, pork sausage, and BACON!
65.4 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.7 kg a Week
