haven't lost a pound but I haven't gained either. Just haven't taken the weight loss seriously with the snow and ice. Sun is out today and it is a good day to start again.

124.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 61.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
