I think that the exercise is doing the bulk of helping me lose weight at the moment. I am doing well midweek with my eating but the weekends at the moment and for the forseeable future are all booked up socially so if I am to lose the extra weight I need to get me to target then I will up the exercise.
72.8 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
