I went on a trip so one day I was in the car all day so no exercise and then I just couldn't resist a sprite for a drink. But as far as fast food went I get really healthy choices like salads and subway.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
