ok well this morning weighed in at 263 wow im pretty pround of myself i think that even tho it is moving slow im still super happy i mean even tho its only 2 pounds in a week i could be gaining 2 pounds lol ...so im super happy...i will take my measurments later and post them...can wait to see what they say...wish me luck...
