Ran a 5K this morning...... and then was just a tad hungry at lunchtime. Still have a bit of room left for dinner calories but I'm thinking this will be a 'coasting' day! 😄😄 I can live with that----- just back on track for Monday.
79.6 kg Lost so far: 29.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
