I'm learning something new every day! It turns out my body gets dehydrated pretty quickly if I back off of my 4 bottles of water and 2 mugs of tea a day routine. This means, lots of water, lots of veggies with water in them, and no more salty Indian food for a while!
63.0 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
