I saw 159 on the 14th but refused to weigh in here thinking it was only water weight from a bad weekend. but today saw 156 so no real loss but worked out all 7 days this past week. with two afternoon walks on top of my p90x and 30 min on the eliptical on sunday. I even ate well this weekend so feel like I'M still on track! A loss for sure next Monday! Today I got up and did Core syn p90x and pushed myself alittle harder. Man I was breathing hard. lol. I plan to eat cleaner and not have as many smart one meals. Made a choc protein shake after my workout so good!
