i'm back with a vengence. I'm determined to loose 1 lb per week so that when I visit my son in Fla. in Nov. I will have lost 20-30 lbs. My sons had a lot of challenges in his life and has conquered them w/strength and determination. He's been a true inspiration!
74.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
