I didn’t eot Keto yesterday: Yesterday’s am weight, a very low 142.0 - due to a bowel cleanout prep for a procedure to be done yesterday.
So I spent yesterday morning at our local hospital for the “procedure”. Afterwards, eating my regular diet wasn’t a safe option. I had some plain yogurt, eggs, veggies, and some liverwurst. And bulletproof coffee. All that was Keto but nowhere near enough calories. Two baked potatoes from Wendy’s fixed that! I ordered them plain, and I added salt and lots of KerryGold butter at home. Yum!
