really watching what I eat, when I eat and how much I want to snack has helped me see where these 20+ pounds have come from. They seemed to creep up over the last 2 years out of nowhere. However being mindful about eating is showing me I made those thousands of quick decisions to eat junk during this stressful time in my life. I went from being underweight due to stress to the complete opposite all in 3 years time. Taking it one day at a time.
