not sure why my weight went up, maybe because I'm not eating enough and my body is holding on? I don't know but I'm not going to let it bother me as long as I stay under 190! could be water weight.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
