I started walking on the treadmill. My weight always increases when I do any type of exercise, so I’m not panicking…yet. I want to see 154 so badly just so I can hit that 40 pounds. It seems like every time I’m trying to hit a goal, I stall. All is well though. I’ll get there. Maybe just not in my timing.
70.5 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
