After 50 minutes to water garden and flower beds before the sun got too hot, (water droplets make prisms on leaves and can burn your plants!), followed by a 5.1 km walk/jog intervals trot thru some local trails and back lanes ---- I hit 172.7! 😊
Just take it easy for Father's Day brunch and at dinner time and I am 100% confident that the 170 goal will be crushed. 😃😃
79.2 kg Lost so far: 29.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
