Wow.
Yesterday we ate low carb - but as I’ve long suspected, too many “pretend”” carbs will increase my weight. I made Keto pancakes in the morning and Keto pizza for dinner. Both used almond flour. We went out for sugar free ice cream in the afternoon. oK, so I’m back on the wagon today.
65.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 6.4 kg a Week
