I'm a bit discouraged by my weight gain but I will keep truckin' on. Off to pilates reformer bright & early this morning and then getting together with a good friend today I haven't seen in many months. I'm looking forward to that. Also, my bell choir is playing on Sunday Morning Has Broken. I'm a bit nervous because I haven't played since before the Pandemic. The song is so pretty so I really hope we pull it off.

Roxy, do your RDI and track how many calories you intake every day. Don't worry about how many you burn, just focus on your intake. I will bet you are taking in more than you think. My doctor told me when I first went to her about losing weight (my weight loss doctor - I call her my fat doctor) she said, the first exercise we are going to teach you is push-a-ways. I heard of pushups but never push-a-ways. She said, you are going to learn to push away food you like to eat and eat the food that you need to eat. When I stick to her plan it works. My problem is I have to have the will power. It waivers too often for me.
