I noticed that on the days that I'm emotionally affected in a negative way, I tend to eat more or go off my diet. I want to be more active and work out for 3x / week at the gym. However I've been busy with doing paperwork and errands I haven't gave myself time to do that. Today I went to the nurse and came home, was feeling dizzy w a headache as well. I've been drinking approx. 1 gal of water/day, hot green tea, black coffee and unsweetened Ice tea. to hydrate myself in these high heat week. The weather hasn't allowed me to walk in the evenings, but I will make an effort to register at Eos Fitness gym and start working out to better my health and feel betterbetter about myself
