For once I like the doctors scale better than my own! Stopped on the way home to pick up more fresh fruits andveggies. Both my teen boys are also eating more fresh veggies and fruit now that I am. Trying to get moving and feel better after so much sitting during pandemic. Daily goal is not to fixate on weight, instead thinking about how I feel.
