No change in weight! Started physical therapy yesterday for my leg that I was wrapping. I was told to continue walking, but I have a lot of work to build up the strength!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
