Day15!
Help! My fat is stuck and it refuses to leave. I think it’s obsessed with me. Today I got a little bit frustrated and went off of plan. Weigh in was less than stellar. I’m going to bed now and I’m going to start tomorrow like today never happened.
99.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 31.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
