I know it's just a few ounces, but it's nice to watch the scale go down a bit. Water weight is always the first to go. Starting one-hour pilates workouts on YouTube today. Hoping this will produce some results.
68.3 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My pleasure jess. I'm trying to get serious about my weight but if course I would injure my back at the gym this week. Lol. So basically I missed a whole week now. Yay me. 😁
