This week I didn't do any exercise... I have been having a sweet tooth craving for sweets... I'm still trying to watch what I eat than comes the candy craving!!! I need plenty of help with this!!
128.8 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
