I did really well yesterday and it was my day off! I wanted to exercise more but I am still getting over this terrible cold so I did my morning yoga/Tibets and was just generally active with Jake today. I got hungry and was good about snacking on fruits and veggies. I almost gave into a piece of birthday cake and ice cream but ended up having just one bite. Not perfect but great for me! Had a great supper of a recipe from my Aisin food cookbook...broccoli, tofu in a yummy sauce over a little brown rice.
82.3 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.0 kg a Week
