Keto every day - but not for dinner yesterday! Someone I love dearly wanted BBQ chicken wings, pizza, and fries, sooooo... If I can avoid the carbs today, and I’ll probably do OMAD until at least noon if not 3 or 4 pm, I expect I’ll lose the weight I gained yesterday.
