I've been attempting for the last several days to break the Stalemate that I have had. I have been careful with the food I've been eating and I have been getting in lots of cardio. I realise it will take time for my body to adjust to the new norm. Does anyone have any good suggestions for an upper body workout, My body is recuperating from physical therapy. I had injured my lower back in February when I slipped on some ice. What is everybody's opinion on an inversion machine? Feel free to comment and give any suggestions you can, thank you.
