Ok, so I'm doing so okay, not too bad, but not too good either. I have kept with the not eating fast foods, I am cooking mostly all the time, and not fried foods. So that's a plus. I'm walking a bit more. I think maybe I need to do the detox again and then I need to incorporate the whole grain stuff instead of the enriched/whole wheat.
114.8 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
