Switching to the P90X workout has been tough. I'm overcompensating with extra calories so I need to find a better balance between increased calories and GOOD calories. My fault.
117.3 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 27.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
