Monday which was Memorial Day I decided the hubby & I should check out some trails that are near our house that ironically enough we had never been to. I thought this particular trail would be simple for me. Of course we should have brought water with us (which we didn't). The husband kept going up & up & up this trail which years ago wouldn't have been a big thing but my knees have never been quite right since my double knee replacements 5 1/2 years ago. Since I'v been working out again, walking quite a bit and now added in the reformer classes I thought I would be ok. I did ok going up but coming down the long hill just about killed me and my knees really stiffened up on top of things so it was very difficult to hike down the hill. We did find some water at the top luckily too. I thought I was going to pass out from the 90 degree heat as well. Again, in the past I could have totally handled all that but my body is not cooperating like it used to. Long story short, I did survive and was a little sore but I still was able to do my pilates class and do a full workout this morning. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger...right? Ok. That's enough whining for today.
86.9 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
